I use modern minimally invasive techniques, working with each patient on a personalized basis.
My philosophy is to achieve the most natural result and the appearance of a rested, non-operated face while minimizing the number of incisions as much as possible.
My favorite type of procedure is endoscopic rejuvenation.
My approach:

Surgical visual recovery: 2 weeks.
Surgical procedure included:

— Endoscopic forehead lift
— SMAS lift combined with platysmaplasty
— Lower blepharoplasty
The very rejuvenation that sparked a wave of reactions!
The result of a harmonizing surgical combination: endoscopic forehead lift, temporal lift, and lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty — 13 days post-op.
SMAS lift, platysmaplasty, genioplasty, lower blepharoplasty.
Secondary endoscopic rejuvenation of the upper and midface after a less successful initial surgery performed by another surgeon.
The "before" photo shows low brow positioning and asymmetry.
Just 10 days post-op.
Surgical procedure included:

— Endoscopic forehead lift
— Temporal lift
— Upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty
— Neck liposuction
Doctor and patient — above all, it's a story of mutual trust; it's a team.

I use modern minimally invasive techniques, working with each patient individually.
Here again is endoscopic rejuvenation of the upper and midface (also known as endoscopic forehead lift and temporal lift + midface lift — or simply the name I came up with for this procedure: the "towel effect").
This is one of those cases where endoscopic rejuvenation (the "towel effect") is a perfect alternative to blepharoplasty!
Why make unnecessary incisions on the eyelids when you can rejuvenate the periocular area through virtually invisible punctures in the hairline?
This patient underwent a combination of procedures: SMAS lift + platysmaplasty.
Endoscopic forehead lift, temporal lift + midface lift (the “towel effect,” endoscopic rejuvenation of the upper and midface), and lower blepharoplasty.
How did my clients' favorite procedure, the "towel effect," come about?

I often heard from my patients that they wanted to achieve the fresh, rested look you get after a shower when your face is gently lifted by a towel. That's how the name came about.
This patient underwent a combination of procedures: secondary SMAS lift and platysmaplasty.
Just 10 days after the surgery.
Surgical procedure included:

— Endoscopic forehead lift
— Temporal lift
— Upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty
— Neck liposuction
This patient’s expression changed after the surgery — a sparkle appeared in her eyes — even though we worked only on the lower third of the face and neck.
This patient underwent a combination of procedures: temporal lift and lower blepharoplasty.
A sad expression was the primary concern for this patient.
The patient underwent:

— Temporal lift
— Upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty
Let’s not forget the key principles of female eye and eyebrow beauty:

– The outer corner of the eye is positioned higher than the inner corner, more so than in men;
– The tail of the eyebrow is more elevated;
– The distance from the upper eyelid to the lower edge of the eyebrow is greater than in men.
This patient underwent a combination of procedures: SMAS lift and platysmaplasty.
Here’s the essence:

— The lifting effect is designed to mimic the look of pulling hair back into a tight, high ponytail.
— The procedure aims to create a facial lifting effect without the traditional incisions required in SMAS lifting.
Facelift of the “ponytail” type, or Ponytail facelift.
The patient underwent:

— Endoscopic forehead lift. Her eyes opened up and became a focal point that draws attention.
— Transconjunctival blepharoplasty — the one without visible incisions. This procedure eliminated chronic dark circles under the eyes and excess volume on the lower eyelids. Swelling no longer bothers our patient.
Result one month after the surgery.
People often come to me for blepharoplasty, and I always try to minimize trauma to the eyelids. That’s because I know that the problem of upper eyelid drooping, for example, cannot always be solved with this surgery.

This patient underwent a temporal lift procedure.
Fullness of the midface and the absence of tissue deficiency in the cheek area are signs of a youthful, healthy face.
The aesthetics of the orbital complex primarily involve an artistic understanding of the relationships between its parts:

— Position of the eyebrows, outer corners of the eyes, and the bony boundaries of the orbit
— Degree of displacement of the periorbital structures
— Cheekbone prominence
— Overall concept of facial beauty
“I love Bella Hadid’s eyes! Can we make them like hers?” — words this patient came in with for her consultation.
This patient underwent a combination of procedures: SMAS lift and platysmaplasty.
By the end of the second week, the patient had already returned to her home country with no visible signs of surgery.
Surgical procedures:

– Endoscopic brow lift
– Temporal lift (lifting of the outer corners of the eyes, the tail of the brows, and the midface)
– Lower eyelid blepharoplasty
I love to say that "everything starts with a glance!" — and that applies especially to the eye area, particularly for girls.
I’m always in favor of surgery without visible scars! How about you?
Why undergo upper blepharoplasty when, in certain cases, it can be avoided by performing endoscopic rejuvenation instead?
The result one month after surgery.
Surgical procedures:

– SMAS facelift
– Hollywood neck lift
– Upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty
– Chin augmentation with an implant
The main principle of our work is to change the apparent age without changing the appearance.
This patient came to us with exactly that request.
This transformation brought delight both to the patient and to me, even though we worked only on the upper and midface areas:

— Endoscopic forehead and brow lift
— Temporal lift + midface lift
— Upper and lower blepharoplasty
I’m passionate about my work and approach it mostly as an art, having the opportunity to express my creative abilities.
Slightly shift, smooth, remove, add where needed, creating volume —detail by detail, just like in sculpture!
Endoscopic forehead lift, SMAS lift, and platysmaplasty.
Endoscopic forehead lift + upper and lower blepharoplasty.

Every word you share is valuable. As a surgeon, it’s especially important for me to know how you feel after the surgery and how your recovery journey has been.
